Congratulations to Rubie Neneh Timbo, Miss Africa Continent Sierra Leone 2017, who represented Sierra Leone at the international pageant in South Africa. In preparation for the pageant Rubie had a photoshoot with Sierra Leone based photographer, Tolu Jethro Bade of Envizage Concepts, wearing Madam Wokie pieces. Rubie is manged by IAMSL Pageant Management, which is directed by Natasha Beckley.
